I filtered to find a booking with a swimming pool and parking, because I used this app to book, neither were included in my booking ( despite this being my search criteria). Both came at an extra cost, but the leisure access was extremely restrictive for children so we were u able to use it. Our room ( despite booking with a child) was located directly above the fitness studio that booked music from 6am. The carpet was riddled with bugs that give my don a reaction all over.

The heating in our room wasn’t working. Someone came up instantly to have a look, realised he couldn’t fix for us straight away so gave us an electric heater. Issue was dealt with so fast! Breakfast was nice, not as many options as others we’ve been to but plenty to fill us up on. Room was exactly what we needed. Starbucks onsite was definitely a bonus too! Would come back again.
