Beautiful setting. Rooms very noisy. Staff hot and cold

Really really really really really beautiful ...................

Charming rooms and friendly staff. The room smelled awful because of issues with a non functioning fireplace. The staff was quite willing to make arrangements to fix this.

There’s no key for us to check in and we tried to call someone but no one picked up the phone. We had waited about two hours at late night finally found someone to help us check in. Very upset trip.

About 20 min from big sky resort Good location for restaurant’s and other activities

It's one of the most beautiful and cozy lodges that we'd been too. So beautiful that we wish we could extend our stay for the whole week. We loved our 1-king room with a huge shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and a separate toilet. We didn't want to leave our room, but breakfast was so wonderful and the hot tub outside was very nice, so we didn't mind leaving a short time. The chef and his team prepared and cooked up a great selection of breakfast items. Fresh, nutritious and very very tasty. I'm glad breakfast was included in our stay. Last but not least, every staff that we met was so pleasant, friendly and very nice. We loved our stay at the ranch.

Everything was great. Really nice outdoor jacuzzi / hot tub. The only small negative was they had a lovely fireplace in the room with logs, a lighter and a few pieces of newspaper. No small pieces of wood to light, so the logs would catch fire. So our fire lasted only as long as the few pieces of newspaper. We could have asked someone to come in and light it, I guess, but a few small pieces of kindling would have been a good addition.

Delicious food, friendly helpful staff. Loved having s fireplace and beautiful hot tub

Hello, Thank you for leaving us with a review of your stay. We feel so terrible about the situation you were in and as you can see from all of the glowing reviews below, this is not how we usually operate. I am so sorry for this experience and I would like to talk more so we can make this up to you. Please give me a call at the main hotel phone number at your earliest convenience. Thank you again.

Hello Tim, Thank you, and we always appreciate feedback. We are taking note of the bathroom repairs in Buffalo so that it does not become an issue in the future. We're glad that you enjoyed the rest of your experience, and we hope to see you again. The summer season offers so much in Big Sky for outdoor activities. Thank you again!
