All bedrooms have French doors that open to the screened patio. Smart TV in master bedroom and TV with cable in family room. Washer and dryer in 3rd room . Refrigerator with ice maker and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation in paradise.

Lovely house on quiet street

We had a lovely stay at Peggy’s house. Plenty of room for 3 adults. The house was very well equipped, and has a beautiful, well-furnished back porch for reading and relaxing. We were close to stores, coffee and a gym - all we needed! Also loved the ducks in the front yard, complete with 4 eggs waiting to hatch!

Great place for winter visit

Very nice home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Property owner was very responsive to all communications and quickly accommodated any request. Home is convenient to community pool, short drive to beach, shopping, and outdoor and entertainment venues. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, well appointed home. It’s clear the owners care for and about their property and the customer experience. Check in and check out was seamless. No stress, no mess. I will definitely stay here again. Back patio was great for bbq dinner. Give it a try, you will not be dissatisfied.

Our month-long stay was comfortable and enjoyable

We stayed in this house for the month of February. The owner, Peggy, was accommodating, available when we needed her and always helpful. The house was comfortable, the bedrooms were adequate for our purposes (we had a few guests for a few days at a time), the screened-in porch was comfortable and probably the most-used room in the house. The area around the house was nice, and the neighborhood was friendly and safe. We found it easy to walk around. The community pool was a good size and nicely kept up. It was a short walk from the house. All the appliances in the house worked well. Most issues we had in the house were addressed readily and handled adequately. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants; the beach was a 15 minute drive. A few details were unsatisfactory: the kitchen countertops were unfinished wood and could not get wet; there was no outside light in the driveway or near the garbage; the kitchen could have been more adequately appointed with more regularly used items (like cooking utensils, potholders, kitchen towels) for a family that spends a good deal of time cooking and eating-in. We managed with the pots, pans, etc. that were there and we obtained other things we needed at the store. We could have used a chair in the master bedroom rather than just the bed. Overall our stay was enjoyable and mostly comfortable and our host was accommodating and helpful.
