This is a special urban 1938 bungalow. Completely renovated, 1 bedroom (Sleeps 2) with a spacious sofa (sleeps 1), full kitchen and 1.5 baths! Very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, and expressway. Easy to walk or ride bikes. The train track is near but no whistling. Also, close to restaurants and bars where live music plays occasionally.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 1.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with a separate bedroom.
