“The Treehouse is a truly elegant and restored 1950’s weatherboard cottage situated on over an acre in a private, elevated tranquil oasis right in the heart of Moss Vale. Overlooking the Southern Highlands across to Mount Gibraltar and Kangaloon, the 4 bedroom, two bathroom property enjoys stunning sunrises and sunsets high amongst the treetops.
At the top of the private driveway and through security gates, guests arrive to landscaped mature gardens, outdoor dining areas, fire pits, vegetable garden, cubby house and children’s play areas. The property is fenced and gated all the way around so is also secure and dog friendly. With ample car parking for up to 4 cars.
Inside features 3 generous double bedrooms, including a master suite with its own lounge area and outdoor terrace. With a 4th single bedroom and pull out bed. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 adults and 1-2 children.
The Treehouse features a colourful art collection throughout the house of local and international artists, high-speed wifi, and an integrated SONOS system throughout. High definition Samsung Serif TV’s in the main lounge and master suite with all entertainment apps including Amazon Prime, Disney, Netflix and Optus Sport.
An original wood burner fire place and ducted heating also throughout, The Treehouse stays warm and cosy anytime of the year. Or step out on to either the front or rear balconies and terrace and enjoy the wonderful views of this special property.
Located in easy walking distance of all the amenities that Moss Vale has to offer and within 10-15 minutes drive of Bowral, Berrima, Robertson and Exeter - The Treehouse offers easy access to many of the local wedding venues, restaurants and pubs including Mount Ashby, Milton Park, The Briars, Bendooley Estate and Berrima Vault House.

Property as seen in pictures. Clean house on arrival. Prompt communication and clear instructions from the host. Gave early check in and late check out at our request which was very appreciated. Fully fenced as described- appreciated by the dog. Highly recommend for a cozy winter getaway.

Peaceful and relaxing getaway
The property was a great family getaway from the city, kitchen well equipped, rooms uniquely decorated and true to the pictures. The colourful decor provided more fun and interesting elements to the house. The location is very peaceful and it's a spacious stay for adults, with multiple break out areas. Close to shops and bushwalks and adjacent tourist sites. The owner was also extremely responsive and friendly, especially given the holiday period. Lovely having a quiet coffee on the front porch or lounge area in the sun! Would highly recommend for a group holiday!

We enjoyed a beautiful stay at The Treehouse with a group of 6 friends. Each room in the house is uniquely and thoughtfully decorated with interesting features and art works. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room, whilst not particularly large, is comfortable. The garden around the property is very pretty and there is plenty of wood for the outdoor fire pit and indoor fire. The property was clean and the property manager was helpful and very communicative. Larger groups should note that there is only 1 standing shower (the 2nd is a handheld shower on the bath).
