Overall the stay met our needs. Had a wedding to attend at Bendooleys so this was a close drive.The floor was icky and the bathroom had a smell.

Great house for all the family. Children loved the yard to run around in. Plenty of space to spread out. Conservatory was a great addition. Could do with more heating in bedrooms for winter or at least more blankets, electric blankets. It says bbq but there was no bbq. Otherwise great for what we needed close to Bowral and the rest of the highlands, great bushwalks nearby.
