Glad we only had one night

The pool was cloudy and we could not see the bottom, so did not let our grandchildren swim in it, our bed was broken it had collapsed by the head, my husband was sleeping on an angle and I was rolling onto him. The whole place needs a makeover, paint peeling, mould in showers.

All good with the property itself but I asked 2 times for a tax invoice for time I was there but the lady failed to deliver me tax invoice so I could claim reimbursement from my work

Everything was tired, the toilet was cracked and broken, filthy sofa, dirty floors, lots of dead bugs, a dirty, used tissue between the shower and the bathroom door, sad unit, worn out. The pictures are misleading, they are taken to hide the damage. Another disgusting property, not worth the money. It was advertised as soundproofed, it is not soundproofed, windows and doors were 1980's vintage, worn out like everything else! All cupboards were 1980's vintage, rotten chipboard, painted over, advertised with laundry, it had no washer.

Great property, very clean, lovely manager. Some of the neighbors were a bit noisy. Heard some noise in apartment upstairs which woke us. Otherwise fabulous place.

Is an older property which is ok, you get what you pay for. The taps all leak which was frustrating, such a waste of water. Overall had a good night sleep.

WARNING: The photo bore no resemblance to the property. Judging from the height of feature palm, the advertisement was many years out of date. To add insult to injury, the manager told me I could cancel without penalty…which, of course, was a lie! Rundown and, in my opinion, deliberately misleading! I was ripped off. You have been warned!

Fibro shack without the charm

Avoid this place especially for what they were charging! Fibro (likely with asbestos in it) construction with multiple holes, exposing the fibres of the boards to the open air (not sealed/painted which would have made it safer). Well below basic and little to no flyscreens, so ventilation is poor unless you want to be bitten. Sounds from other units come straight through to yours, making me believe there is no insulation either, meaning it will be hot in summer. Floor felt uneven under carpet/lino, so either poor building quality or rotting floor. Laundry sink had no taps. Cold tap in bathroom sink didn't work, had to use kitchen to wash hands. No doors on any wardrobes. Shower looked pretty shocking but actually functioned... but no hook or rail in bathroom at all to hang a towel or clothes. Will not stay again and will be reporting the potential asbestos issues as well.
