Große Villa mit mehreren Wohnungen

Wir waren mit insgesamt 15 Freunden in der Villa, um dort einen Bade- und Entspannungsurlaub mit einigen Tagesausflügen zu verbringen. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verliefen reibungslos. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir, als wir bemerkten, dass der Pool nicht im Boden ist, sondern ein Standpool ist. Das war auf den Fotos nur sehr zu schwer erkennen. Zwischen Pool und Haus gab es einen Pavillon, in dem man als ganze Gruppe sehr gut sitzen und gemeinsam essen konnte. Die Gemeinschaftsküche im Erdgeschoss war sehr geräumig und optimal ausgestattet. Auch hier gab es genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist in 3 Einzelappartements - zwei für 4 Personen und ein großes, über zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt. Diese verfügen jeweils nochmal über eigene Kühlschränke usw. Die Lage des Hauses ist für Wanderer/Radfahrer sicherlich gut geeignet. Ein Nachteil war, dass direkt am Haus eine stark befahrene Straße verläuft. Dadurch ist es sehr laut. Das ist vor allem nachts manchmal nervig. Neben dem Haus, ist das Restaurant/Hotel Albergo. Wir waren dort nur einmal, es gab verschiedene Lasagnen. Es hatte Mitte August leider einige Ruhetage. Einen Lidl gab es in 12km Entfernung. Die näheren Geschäfte waren etwas teurer. Empfehlenswerte Ausflugsziele in der Nähe sind La Spezia oder die Strände an der Küste. Fivizzano ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt hatten wir dort als Freundesgruppe einen tollen Aufenthalt, Preis- Leistungsmäßig aber eher teuer.

Grande maison familiale

Une grande maison, bien entretenue et avec un jardin agréable. Cependant il manque la climatisation car la proximité de la route est une nuisance. Dernier point un peu plus loin de LA SPEZIA qu’annoncé dans l’annonce.
