GroĂe Villa mit mehreren Wohnungen
Wir waren mit insgesamt 15 Freunden in der Villa, um dort einen Bade- und Entspannungsurlaub mit einigen TagesausflĂŒgen zu verbringen. Die Ăbergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verliefen reibungslos. Etwas enttĂ€uscht waren wir, als wir bemerkten, dass der Pool nicht im Boden ist, sondern ein Standpool ist. Das war auf den Fotos nur sehr zu schwer erkennen. Zwischen Pool und Haus gab es einen Pavillon, in dem man als ganze Gruppe sehr gut sitzen und gemeinsam essen konnte. Die GemeinschaftskĂŒche im Erdgeschoss war sehr gerĂ€umig und optimal ausgestattet. Auch hier gab es genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist in 3 Einzelappartements - zwei fĂŒr 4 Personen und ein groĂes, ĂŒber zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt. Diese verfĂŒgen jeweils nochmal ĂŒber eigene KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke usw. Die Lage des Hauses ist fĂŒr Wanderer/Radfahrer sicherlich gut geeignet. Ein Nachteil war, dass direkt am Haus eine stark befahrene StraĂe verlĂ€uft. Dadurch ist es sehr laut. Das ist vor allem nachts manchmal nervig. Neben dem Haus, ist das Restaurant/Hotel Albergo. Wir waren dort nur einmal, es gab verschiedene Lasagnen. Es hatte Mitte August leider einige Ruhetage. Einen Lidl gab es in 12km Entfernung. Die nĂ€heren GeschĂ€fte waren etwas teurer. Empfehlenswerte Ausflugsziele in der NĂ€he sind La Spezia oder die StrĂ€nde an der KĂŒste. Fivizzano ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt hatten wir dort als Freundesgruppe einen tollen Aufenthalt, Preis- LeistungsmĂ€Ăig aber eher teuer.

Grande maison familiale
Une grande maison, bien entretenue et avec un jardin agrĂ©able. Cependant il manque la climatisation car la proximitĂ© de la route est une nuisance. Dernier point un peu plus loin de LA SPEZIA quâannoncĂ© dans lâannonce.
