A terrific property near Aix-en-Provence!
We had a fantastic two weeks at Ilia and Sabine’s house. Communication was impeccable both before and during our stay - Ilia sent videos in advance which proved very helpful and was always available to answer our questions during. He was also extremely thoughtful and obtained a high chair and some toys for our six month old even though they aren’t normally in the house.
The house itself was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed as a home base for traveling with two small children and grandparents for two weeks. We appreciated the two large (queen size) beds which can sometimes be difficult to find (many other listings only had doubles).
It was very clean on our arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. We also used the BBQ a couple of times which was nice to have.
Especially great for the heat of summer were a beautiful large heated pool (and a selection of pool toys), a fantastic terrace with a misting system to keep cool while we sat out, and most important of all to us, very effective air conditioning on both floors.
Also want to note the great location - about a 15 minute walk into the nearby town where there are bakeries, butcher shops, wine shops, a market, etc and within a short drive of many attractions for day trips.
Really don’t think we could have found a better spot!
