Quiet residential area with parking, close to the center of Villasimius (1500 meters) and the beach (Is Traias - see photo) below 300 meters.

Perfect location and well equipped.

Federica’s place was even better than the photos with all equipment we needed and well furnished. It is really so close to the beach which is quiet and stunning (in may). Crystal clear water and white sand.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen

Ein mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen, in dem jeder Winkel geschmackvoll und funktionell ausgenutzt wurde. Wenn man größere Menus zubereiten will, könnte es in der Küche ein wenig eng werden. Aber wer will das schon im Urlaub??? Hervorzuheben ist noch die besondere Sauberkeit der gesamten Wohnung und des gesamten Inventars.
