Spacious and comfortable, sunny apartment. Close to everything, but far from noise, the apartment is waiting for a group of friends or a nice family. It offers a living-dining room, with a sofa and a dining table, one bedroom with a double bed, the other one with two single beds. An equipped kitchen, washer and a full bathroom. The neighborhood is booming. There are lots of new people, restaurants, (the brand new Movistar Arena stadium just 3 blocks away) popping up everywhere.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a dining table.
