Comfortable and bright apartment, on the first floor of a small condominium, located in the center in a quiet area, with a balcony exposed on two sides where you can admire a beautiful panorama and spend long days relaxing. The accommodation consists of a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a second room equipped with a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower on request, a sofa bed is also available in the living area. The apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans, sheets and towels, dishes, cutlery, pots, coffee machine, blender, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine are available.
A short distance away shops, restaurants, market, bank, post office, pharmacy and the most beautiful beaches in the area where you can practice different sports.

Villasimius apartment

Our staying has been very good. I would definitely recommend it to others. The location is very good near to the restaurant, shopa and center of town. The owner has been very welcoming and friendly. She assisted us with all the needs we had including the check in/our times. The apartment is very clean, pretty and spacious. It has all the amenities needed for a good staying. A special thanks to the owner and I hope we will be able to return again in her apartment.

Ottimo soggiorno. Consigliata

La casa era molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. E' posizionata in centro con parcheggio facilmente usufruibile. Le spiagge si raggiungono in pochi minuti e sono tutte bellissime. Ringrazio molto i proprietari per la cortesia e la disponibilità.
