House in the countryside of Conde-Ba with 5 bedrooms, of the 5 3 are swites, air conditioning, Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, water fountain Softe, cutlery, glasses and dishes, TV in the master bedroom with the basic channels and the living room. With SKY Antenna, have to take the receiver, we have not yet installed wifi.
Outside area we have natural pool with running water, rustic kiosk, backyard chickens apart. It is 15 km from downtown Conde, 7 km from Cavalo Russo and Cajueirinho, 21 km from Sítio do Conde beach, 13 km from Rio de Pedras.
Ideal place for those seeking Sossêgo and enjoy nature. We have caretaker, artesian well and parking area. From the main track (Green line) to the property are 3km of unpaved road.
