Gorgeous ground floor condo in the heart of Wake Forest! This unit is BRAND NEW and you will be one of the first guests! Enter through the main level to find your open plan kitchen, living room with super comfy Restoration Hardware sofa, powder room TV. There is a breakfast table that seats 4 and an additional 4 bar stools on the kitchen island.

Upstairs has three bedrooms each with spacious closets and their own TVs. Main Bedroom has a King sized bed with plush pillow top mattress, ensuite and walk in closet. The guest bedrooms each have queen beds (one leading onto its own private patio) and black out drapes.

This home has two bathrooms - one with a bathtub/shower combo and the primary bedroom has a walk in shower and dual vanities.

Enjoy the outdoors from your private Juliet balcony located off the guest bedroom.

Home also has a washer dryer for guest convenience.

Condo is walkable to CVS and main street Wake Forest - walk downtown to many charming boutique shops, coffee shops and restaurants.

Kitchen is well stocked with all essentials including wine glasses and cooking wear. We are happy to provide coffee, tea, shampoo , conditioner and cleaning supplies for our guests.
