The new rental, completed in January 2022, is an elegant Costa Rican getaway built with local materials by local craftsmen. Custom woodwork throughout; king-sized bedroom suite/en suite bathroom; well-designed, and thoughtfully equipped full kitchen; indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas, and a private terrace dipping pool with the added comfort of hydro-massage jets. On-site management and adjacent owner residence. Daily cleaning. Walk to local restaurants, including one directly on the beach several meters from your door. The villa is beautiful, the location is amazing, but the people were the greatest. Richard greeted me, made sure everything was good, and when there was an issue, he fixed it. And Maria, absolutely wonderful. Maria made the stay most memorable. Muchas Gracias.
