The Cap de la Chèvre, the Tas de Pois, the seaside resort of Morgat, the port of Camaret, the fortifications of Vauban, without forgetting the Pont de Rosnoën, the banks of the Aulne with its boat cemetery ... various riches to discover during your stay in Crozon. This independent holiday home will seduce you with its incredible view from the terrace on the moor and the La Palue beach below.
You will be charmed by the soft tones of the house and its many functional storage spaces.
It consists of a bright living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, and a living room with fireplace with direct access to the terrace.
A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and the bathroom with walk-in shower complete the ground floor. Upstairs the children's room has 3 single beds (90cmx200cm), the last bedroom includes 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed as well as a bathroom. The garden of over 2000m², a true haven of peace, will be conducive to contemplating nature and, in the hottest hours, napping in the shade of the trees.
At the end of the garden a small private path will allow you to reach the beach on foot.
