Pretty authentic little wooden and hard house of 70m2. Comfortable, well equipped. No frills. Composed of a living room, a bedroom of 9m2, a large room that can be used as a 2nd office bedroom or dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with separate wc, a a terrace for meals and a backyard. At the front, a highly prized personal parking lot in the corner.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
