Excellent stay

From the moment I booked the apartment to the day we left Jocelyn has been very responsive and could not have done more to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable and very well appointed. The check in and out process was easy. We all enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this apartment.

Supremely comfortable combined with helpful personal liaison with the owner; easily accessed from Geneva and then ski in and ski out. Ideal. We loved the pool to stretch out in the sunshine after a day's activities and the property offers so many other facilities as well. The best accommodation we have found in Flaine in 25 years of skiing in the area.

Excellent Host & Accommodation

This apartment is excellent - very well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. Plenty of space for family of 4. The complex is lovely with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and restaurant. The host family welcomed us with a friendly transfer from Geneva airport and had provided breakfast for our first day. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to stay in Flaine.

Flaine 2022 New Year

Apartment was excellent with lots of space for family of four. The layout was great with separate bathrooms for both bedrooms and the 2nd bedroom that contained two single beds with a bunk above suited our older boys (having single beds) . The kitchen, dinner, lounge area was spacious and we particularly liked the large family dinning table . It has been the best equipped apartment we have stayed at for the past 10 years having everything we needed to cook with and keep it clean and having plenty of towels. The welcome pack that included a fondue was a lovely touch making our arrival easier. The hotel complex was also excellent with great spa pool facility and bar area. . Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food but it looked very good. The location was great with ski in / out and small spar just up the hill. We walked into Flaine a couple of times (10 mins) and used the free hotel mini bus serval times . The owner, Jocelyne , was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Top Appartement in Hotelkomplex mit direkter Pistenanbindung. Neben den Angeboten des Hotels zahlreiche nette Details und zahlreiche Services durch den sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter. Im Vergleich zu anderen Appartments des Hotels sehr liebevoll renoviert und ausgestattet.
