Absolutely Perfect

From the kind welcome to the friendly goodbye the hosts were as helpful and easy to deal with as any traveler could ask for. The property is even better than pictured if that is possible the location is incredible. We stayed a week and it was easy to visit Crozon and Sizun as well as towns in the area. Or, you could just relax, walk on the beach or sit on the gorgeous veranda and/ or deck and just watch the tides. You will not be disappointed in any respect if you are lucky to come here!

We have been there for one week in May. The Summer House is in a beautifull surrounding, just 4 steps to the beach. The rooms are bright and light with beautifull furniture. We had some beautifull Sunsets on the new terrace. I hope we will come back! Thomas & Gertrud

Pure relaxation

A beautiful house right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Modern equipment. A very comfortable bed. The kitchen very well equipped. Very pleasant contact with the host. Very friendly and uncomplicated process. It was a very nice relaxing week and we would like to thank Janig & Chris. PS: The most beautiful attraction was the dog Ulf :)

We came a second time - and hope to return again ! The house is located directly at a large beach with ocean view from almost every point in the house. 2 terraces offer a magnificent place to enjoy evenings , sunsets , breakfasts with a spectacular view . The house offers everything you need for a comfortable stay . And you have barefoot access to the beach , just a few steps through the garden away . Perfect if you love nature , but also great for excursions by car or bike . Thanks again to Chris and Janig for their warm-hearted Welcome and the opportunity to stay at lovely Perle des Oyats ! We will return ! 🍀

A pearl at the Atlantic Ocean

We spent wonderful days in the house ! It offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday . Chris & Janig were very supporting throughout the whole process of booking , welcoming us at beginning , supplying information about the area , restaurants etc. , took care while we were in the house and asked , wether everything was fine , up to saying good bye at the end ! The situation of that lovely house is fantastic . The ocean seems to be part of the house . There is a TV ( even offering English , German and other international TV Channels ) but you will hardly need it for entertainment - watching the ocean will be the best and most relaxing entertainment imaginable . From that best ever terrace you can enjoy sunset , meals or spontaneously walk that wonderful beach - barefoot , as the access from the garden couldn‘t be easier . There are lots of things to do around : Surfing , Swimming, Sightseeing at Pointe Du Raz et Pointe Du Van , Penmarch Brest etc . We are very much looking forward to return ! All the best and thanks for everything to Chris , Janig and „La Perle des Oyats“ .

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Christophe&Janig. Das Haus hat für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern einen tollen Grundriss. Hervorzuheben sind die vielen Fenster zum Meer hin, die Panoramafenster im Wohn-Essbereich und die Tatsache, dass alle Fenster verdunkelt werden können, was vor allem in den Zimmern im Dachgeschoss nützlich ist. Besonders gut fanden wir den von der offenen (wirklich gut ausgestatteten) Küche abgetrennten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und auch die von den Badezimmern abgetrennten Toiletten. Geschickt war, dass der Campingplatz, der auf dem Nachbargrundstück liegt (keinerlei Lärmbelästigung!), die Möglichkeit einer Baguette/Croissantbestellung bietet. Auch kann man dort Pizza essen/mitnehmen. Die Creperie direkt neben dem Ferienhaus ist nicht mehr in Betrieb. Es war sehr schön, von den beiden Terrassen aus dem Wechsel der Gezeiten folgen zu können und quasi direkt am Strand zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einzigartiges Haus in einzigartiger Lage

Hier hat man, wie man in Frankreich sagt, die Füße wirklich im Wasser. Näher geht es nicht. Direkt vor der Terrasse breitet sich der Sandstrand aus. Der Blick in die Ferne ist atemberaubend, die Sonnenuntergänge sind filmreif. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts, es ist mit viel Geschmack und Sinn für schöne Details eingerichtet. Janig und Christophe sind perfekte Gastgeber; charmant, liebenswürdig und immer hilfsbereit.

Superbe location sur la plage, face à l'Océan ! Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la location et c'est encore plus beau en vrai ! Magnifique

La perle des Oyats porte bien son nom : c'est une perle au bord de la plage. Site exceptionnel. le gîte est à l'image de ses heureux propriétaires, accueillant et chaleureux. Janig et Christophe sont des hôtes très attentionnés : spécialités bretonnes, dosettes de café et cafetière prête à être utilisées nous attendaient. difficile de partir et une seule envie : y revenir.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt an einem herrlichen Strand, der zum Baden und Spazierengehen einlädt. Als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (Quimper, Concarneau, Croizon, Pointe du Raz, ...) bietet sich diese Unterkunft an. Tausend Dank an unsere beiden sehr netten Gastgeber, die auch bei Fragen immer sehr hilfsbereit waren.

Traumhaus direkt am Atlantik

Die Lage der „Perle“ ist unschlagbar. Der Atlantik rauscht quasi durch die großen Fenster ins Wohnzimmer. Aber Interieur und Aufteilung sind auch bestens. Hier stimmt alles und wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Praktisch - und schön! Wir haben die zwei Wochen unmittelbar am Atlantik sehr genossen. Alle Ziele sind ca. eine Autostunde entfernt, wenn man mal mehr sehen will als Meer! Fürs Essen gehen empfiehlt sich immer eine Reservierung, z.B. in der neuen Crëperie TyPik im Nachbardorf Ploeven. Im Haus finden sich zahlreiche Broschüren und Adressen mit allen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Als gute Gastgeber erkundigten sich die beiden Besitzer selbst an einem Regentag nach unsrem Wohlergehen. Superb!

Eine wahre Perle

Das Häuschen hat eine absolut perfekte Lage! Direkt am Strand, an einer Traumbucht und absolut ruhig. Die Innenausstattung ist auch sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind überaus herzlich und freundlich und sind immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn es irgendwelche Probleme gibt. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Eine wunderbare Woche in einem tollen Haus

Wir lernten Christophe & Janig als wunderbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber kennen . Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig, direkt am Meer mit direktem Zugang. Der Aussenbereich biete viele Sitz Möglichkeiten und auf der grossen Veranda kann man das Meer so richtig geniessen. Traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus direkt am Meer mit großartiger Aussicht!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus rundum genossen. Die Lage und der traumhafte Blick über die Bucht und das Meer sind einfach grandios und einzigartig. Das Farbenspiel des Meeres und des Himmels ist unvergleichlich. Die umfangreiche und hochwertige Innenausstattung des lichtdurchfluteten Ferienhauses entsprach der Beschreibung und ließ keinen unserer Wünsche offen. Hier haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders positiv hat sich die herzliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts gestaltet. Die Lage der Perle des Oyats bietet sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Finistère an oder man kann hier auch einfach nur die Ruhe genießen. Das Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir waren schon zum 4. Mal in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist einzigartig und auch sonst bietet das Objekt alles,was einen perfekten Urlaub ausmacht! Wir haben schon wieder für September gebucht.
