Boasts a large backyard, brand new gel foam mattresses, new Roku TVs in all rooms, Keurig maker, organic cotton robes, plush organic oversized towels and washer and dryer to help make your stay convenient, relaxing and fun! One block from the local brewery with trivia game nights! Niceville children's park, dog park, local arcade, and hiking at Turkey Creek Nature trail all within minutes!

2 bedroom, 1 bath unit in approx. 900 sq foot duplex with private entry, washer and dryer, large backyard (no grass, mainly sand), doggy door for small dogs (**dogs 30 lbs and under only allowed in this unit unless otherwise approved for in writing**). 2 carport spaces available (one covered parking spot and one spot behind covered parking)

You will have the whole, 900 sq ft. back unit to yourself, with private smart lock entry.
