Amazing modern new apartment AC, TV, tarrace, 10 min from city center

This recently renovated apartment is located 10 minutes walking from the city center with all it's historical attactions. It's nicely furnished and equipped with all necessary. the apartment is situated on the second floor of a modern building. The access is by stairs.
There are 2 master bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed and one bedroom without the toilet. there is a third public toilet with the access from corridor. spacious living room with comfortable sofa set and flat screet tv, ad well as diing area. the kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microvawes oven and fridge. there is also a nice terrace to relax outside or smoke a cigarrette.
here is no power generator in the building. Power cuts may occur in Zanzibar and it's not my blame, I will not accept requests to low the price if it happens.
the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and may be not suitable for elder people,
the wifi connection is a mobile router and has limited speed and GB, it's not watching movies or uploading files.
the late check out or early check in is possible if the apartment is available, the fee is 10 dollars
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms.

Unresponsive Host!

This host does not respond to bookings or messages. This might be a scam listing. Do not, under any circumstances, book with this property unless you want to lose your money. It took over a week and several attempts on the phone with VRBO just to get my refund after booking this place for a week but the host never replied to messages.
