Laundry Room with washing machine and tumble dryer and downstairs toilet.
21 Ft Kitchen Breakfast room with Bi-Fold doors to the garden and pool. Breakfast bar with four stools. 42" Smart TV with full Sky package. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge and full size freezer.
25 ft Dining Room with seating for 10/12 and bi-fold doors to the garden and pool.
25 x 20ft Games Room with 42" Smart TV with full Sky package and Tournament Standard American Full-Size Pool Table, Table Tennis Table and further Dining table for 14 people with stools. Above is an eaves bedroom (only suitable for children as low sloping ceilings, currently has three large Bed bean bags).
First Floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms ( 1 with access to sea facing balcony, indoor cinema) and stunning sea views. 2 Further double bedrooms ( 1 with stunning sea views, other with pool/ garden view) sharing a large shower room.
2nd floor:
