My room was freezing cold and my stay was awful

I arrived at the property quite late and was given my room key reasonably quickly but I got into the room to see that a skylight had been left open and the room was freezing. I closed the skylight but there were no heating controls anywhere apart from a towel rail in the bathroom. There was a ventilation fan that seemed to be blowing cold air into the room. I had to sleep in my clothes. There was nobody to complain to at reception after I checked in so I didn’t even have any chance of changing to a different room. This place looks super cool but the experience for me was awful and it seems I have caught a cold now. Absolutely awful experience.

Déco moderne, buffet du petit déjeuner complet et varié. Petit bémol, le coin salle d'eau / toilettes est vraiment minimaliste.
