Charming little typical Hamlet at the foot of the funicular to les Arcs. Sector very quiet bordering an orchard. Very good comfort. Spacious. Cosy and warm. Large room by day. Complete equipment of quality. Large sheltered Terrace balcony. Magnificent panoramic views. 0.1km from the funicular for Les Arcs-Paradiski (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Link to Rosière 1850/Espace San Bernardo 11km (unique ski area straddling France and Italy in Savoie). Ideal location in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise near major world-renowned ski areas (Espace Killy Tignes-Val d'Isère).
