Quick Palace Bourg en Valence

Very rude and abusive staff. Under previous management there was alway a hand towel and shower towel, now only a shower towel. No soap in the shower.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Hotel liegt in guter Entfernung zur Autobahn. Das Hotel ist aber von der Ausstattung nicht besonders gut und in keinem gepflegten Zustand. FĂŒr eine Nacht ist es ok, aber lĂ€nger möchte man sich dort nicht aufhalten. Meine E-Mail Anfragen zu Änderungen wurden alle nicht bearbeitet.

À notre arrivĂ©e, bien que tardive, nous avons dĂ©couvert qu’un problĂšme Ă©tait survenu avec le systĂšme de rĂ©servation et que notre chambre n’était plus disponible. Une situation stressante au dĂ©part, mais le personnel de la rĂ©ception a immĂ©diatement pris les choses en main. En moins d’une heure, ils nous avaient trouvĂ© un autre hĂ©bergement, entiĂšrement pris en charge. Parfois, des imprĂ©vus peuvent arriver, mais ce qui compte vraiment, c’est la maniĂšre dont ils sont gĂ©rĂ©s – et dans ce cas, le service a Ă©tĂ© exemplaire. Un grand bravo pour la rĂ©activitĂ©, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme !

TrĂšs déçu par le petit dĂ©jeuner : 8€ 
 au menu des yahourt lĂ©gĂšrement pĂ©rimĂ©s, des Ɠufs dur avec des traces de brĂ»lure etrange, lĂ©gĂšre odeur en enlevant la coquille et au fond un lĂ©ger jus de couleur jaune : j’ai pas osĂ© manger. Peu de choix en fruit, pas de fruits sec Tout ça sur des chaises branlantes pour l’intĂ©rieur ou dans une odeur de tabac froid si on prĂ©fĂšre la terrasse. Pour la chambre une forte odeur de plastique fondue inexplicable envahissait la chambre. Je n’ai pu m’en dĂ©faire qu’en aĂ©rant la chambre + diffusant du parfum que j’avais dans ma trousse de toilette mais 
 solution trop prĂ©caire. Matelas confortable mais la salle de bain vient d’un autre Ăąge Je me suis accommodĂ© car j’étais seul. Je pense que si une personne m’avait accompagnĂ© j’aurai eu honte de payer pour ça et de devoir faire en plus des rĂ©clamations La dame de l’accueil Ă©tait nĂ©anmoins sympathique 
 Mais Je ne reviendrai pas.
