The receptionist, Jeanne, was outstanding: Friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The hotel is an old building but the room was comfortable and the shower was luxurious. Parking can be a challenge but Jeanne resolved that for me. All in all I would happily stay there again.

Nice hotel in great position with secure parking

This hotel was in the perfect position to stop off on the way to our final destination in Italy. We stayed both on the way there and on the way back. A particular attraction for us was that it had secure parking for our car which meant that we could leave our suitcases etc.(and lots of wine on the way back!) in the car overnight without having to worry about it. The hotel is attractive and the service is friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple, modern, clean, nicely air conditioned and roomy enough. The included breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is quick and easy to reach from the motorway. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. We did not try the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice, just a bit more upmarket than what we were looking for at the time. We ended up in La Comedie which is just a bit further along the square and enjoyed our meals there. A nice casual restaurant after a hard day’s drive! We will definitely use this hotel again on our next European road trip.
