Quiet location in a smallish town.

Basic bed and bathroom similar to the Ibis chain. We were on the ground floor with a patio door overlooking the river. The dining room was a type of sunroom also with that same nice view. Had an orange juice squeezer which was a nice touch. Basic continental breakfast. English not good but staff is pleasant.

Property had a beautiful lake and park behind it. Amenities were good but a strange set up with the toilet on one side of the room and the bathroom on the other. Our room also smelt smokey which was a little off-putting. Breakfast was good basic spread.

OK for one night

Rooms are small. The room fan only comes on if there is a need for heat which makes the room become uncomfortably stuffy or very hot. The toilet is in a separate section from the shower which I find unusual. Breakfast is limited to cereal, coffee, juice, and some pastry. Staff was courteous. For one night it is find but I would not want to spend a great deal of time there.

Ideal for a 2-3 night family break

We booked grond floor - interlocking rooms which backed onto the lakeside - perfect for our family. It was 25% chance as half will face the car park, and 25% lake views but 1st floor. The resturant was in the adjacent casino, again lake side setting and outdoors in summer. Food was good. Great location although a mile from the town. There is a purpose made cycle track right outside with a 10km flat route to the loire, and also into town. Bike hire in town was EUR 15/day for nice bikes. Ideal place for 2- 3 night stay.

all seasons bourbon - great facilities for babiesg

arrived with baby not booked in (no facility on this website to book them - only enfants) got offered baby cot/baby bath/push chair, there are 2 high chairs at buffet breakfast (one standard one and one which attaches to chair) - both covered in plastic to keep clean. We could heat up kettle in breakfast room for hot water for milk - kids pack it said was available but baby was only 5 months so we didn't try this - all topped off with wifi that works although a bit slow in the evening, and a lovely receptionist who couldn't do enough in a lakeside location - we would stay again and will be hunting others in the chain out.

Pratiques douteuses et lacunes managériales !

Lors de notre sĂ©jour Ă  l’Ibis Styles de Bourbon Lancy, nous avons rencontrĂ© plusieurs problĂšmes. La chambre n’était pas prĂȘte Ă  l’heure du check-in. Pour nous faire patienter, la rĂ©ceptionniste nous a proposĂ© de nous offrir une consommation au bar. Nous avons acceptĂ© : un jus de poire pour mon fils et un Coca ZĂ©ro pour moi. Cependant, au moment du check-out, ces boissons nous ont finalement Ă©tĂ© facturĂ©es, avec en plus un Coca sucrĂ© supplĂ©mentaire que nous n’avions jamais commandĂ©. Autre problĂšme : la rĂ©servation indiquait que les petits dĂ©jeuners Ă©taient inclus, mais l’hĂŽtel a facturĂ© celui de mon fils de 3 ans. Aucune mention de tarif spĂ©cifique pour les enfants n’apparaissait dans la rĂ©servation, ce qui constitue une pratique abusive. Mon fils n’a d’ailleurs consommĂ© qu’une tranche de melon le premier jour, et il n’y en avait mĂȘme plus le second jour. Enfin, nous avons aussi constatĂ© un oubli de gel douche dans la chambre, corrigĂ© par la suite. En rĂ©sumĂ© : chambre non prĂȘte, promesse d’offrir des boissons non respectĂ©e, facturation abusive d’une consommation inexistante et d’un petit dĂ©jeuner enfant pourtant inclus, ainsi qu’un service limitĂ© au buffet.
