Nestled against Boulder open space, this 1901 bungalow has been lovingly restored & thoughtfully designed to include all modern amenities. Within walking distance to downtown, the University and hiking trails (just down the street), the home is ideally located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. A generous deck area looks out over leafy trees & the mountainside. Walk downtown via our neighborhood mountain trail, winding down to Boulder Creek park & West Pearl Street w/restaurants & cute shops.
