Everything is great but just have to add that if you're staying on the weekend it does get loud at night especially on Friday and Saturday from outside nearby college residents.

Gorgeous fully upgraded house in perfect location

This is hands down the best short term vacation rental on the market in Boulder. You are walking distance to Pearl Street mall, parks, CU campus and the house is fully remodeled and redecorated (the shower is like out of a movie or something). We even got to meet the owner of the property who was a complete delight. We plan on staying here and only here when we come back to Boulder every summer.
