Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds (90cm) in each, 2 shower rooms/WCs, garage (washing machine, tumble dryer). First floor: low mezzanine (ceiling height 1.65m at the highest point) with a relaxation area. Wi-Fi. Landscaped garden of 600m² (garden furniture, barbecue). Oyster farm at Port de l'Epoids, birdwatching in the Marais 500m away. Passage du Gois 5km away.
