House of 43 m2 composed of a living room of 16 m2 very bright overlooking a terrace and an independent garden, where summer barbecue meals and parties of Ping Pong await you. The living room is equipped with a table, a buffet, a sofa and a television. The kitchen adjoining the living room is equipped with a hob, oven and dishwasher. One of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with 1 double bed. The second bedroom with French window opens onto the terrace and has 2 single beds. Bayonne 5 minutes, you can get there by river shuttle crossing the River Adour. in the summer you can also take this shuttle and go to Anglet where many beaches will be accessible by bike.

Logement correct mais des améliorations a prévoir

Logement au calme, mais l'ensemble necessiterait une gros rafraichissement.Lapropreté serait aussi a améliorer, un peu plus de vaisselle, bref pas mal de choses a revoir

vacances a boucau

la maison est agréable avec un joli jardin,qui mériterais d'être mieux aménagé (relax chaise etc) la maison est dotée d un confort correct (machine a laver lave vaisselle etc) mais parfaitement sous équiper en équipements culinaire 1 seule casserole pas d essoreuse à salade ,de planche à decouper ,etc j en ai fait la remarque à la proprietaire . Seul bémol on nous a informer le 27 juil soit après que la location soit devenue définitive ,de travaux dans la rue rendant celle ci par moment impraticable .hors les travaux de grandes empleurs sur toute la longeur de la rue avait commencés un mois plus tot (renseignement donner par la mairie)rendant impossible l arrêt de bus signaler devant la maison dans l annonce...15 jours à entendre les camions grues et tous les engins de chantier,dommage. je précise que des gens ce plaingnaient,et de la ligne de chemein de fer, pour nous nous n en avons pas souffert ,pas de train de nuit

Boucau est bien situé car à proximité de nombreux sites à visiter et des plages. La location est correcte et propre. Petit bémol : wifi récalcitrant... Cathy et Guy sont très accueillants.
