Charming antique in heart of downtown and minutes from the beach
Antique colonial right in the heart of downtown Marblehead, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafes and historic Old Town. 4-minute drive or 12-minute walk to the beach and you can walk to the harbor. Bike path is one block away. Beautiful remodeled kitchen, beamed ceilings, fireplaces, adorable built-ins, remodeled half bath, and hardwood flooring throughout. Two large bedrooms, Jack and Jill bathroom, and wide pine flooring on second floor. Additional room on the third floor. Terrific backyard space, with tiered lawn, and patio. Additional off-street parking in municipal lot.
