Perfectly Scituated! Scituate is an idyllic seaside town. This is a private in-law/one bedroom and bath in the downstairs of a single family home. There is a separate side entrance adjacent to parking (gravel driveway.) The kitchenette has a fridge and microwave. The full bathroom has heated tiles to keep you cozy in the winter. The yard is shared for the dogs use. The house is over 100 years old, so there’s a sound machine to help block out any unwanted noise. The house is located one and a half blocks from the ocean, and there is a store less than a block away. The harbor and lighthouse are a bike ride or walk away. **Please note disruptive or unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom.
