great stay

We had a great time in Bosa in Frederico's house. The location is in the middle of Bosa with a nice view from to terrace to the Castle. Be aware the stairs are steep and looong in the house. So make sure not to forget anything in the kitchen when you eat on the roof terrace. The house was cosy and clean. We enjoyed the time in the house very much and we can recommend to stay here!

Nice place

Federico's house is very charming and modernised in an elegant way. It's right in the old part of Bosa in a small street full of plants in front of the houses. The rooms are seperated on three floors and you have to climb up high stairs to get from the kitchen to the last bedroom.

Enjoyable stay but extreme care is required when using stairs

Enjoyable stay. Host gave great suggestions for restaurants. I would suggest some minor upgrades such as fresher/newer sheets and towels and making the terrace more pleasant. One downside was that the hot water lasted for one shower. That was fine if not in a hurry for a second shower. We did not cook but the kitchen was well equipped. Wifi worked well, modem could be switched from room to room. Location was excellent, we found parking nearby wirhout difficulty.

Das Häuschen in Bosa liegt mitten in der Innenstadt. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Ein Parkplatz ist in ein paar Hundert Meter gratis zu finden. Das Haus ist recht rustikal eingerichtet. Wenn man eintritt riecht es etwas muffig und feucht. In jeder Etage befindet sich ein Zimmer mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Schade fand ich die unaufgeräumten „Lagerecken“ in den Zimmern und in der Küche. Wir haben das Haus vor allem wegen der Dachterrasse angemietet. Wie in der Anzeige avisiert, kann man die Burg von der Dachterrasse aus sehen. Leider ist die Dachterrasse nicht gepflegt. Sie gleicht einem Lager an Baustoffen, Teile eines altern weißen Plastik-Liegestuhls legen an der Wand und könnten längst entsorgt werden. Die Dachterrasse hat keinen Sonnenschutz und war für uns deshalb nicht nutzbar. Weiterhin waren die Möbel nicht sauber. Auf den kleinen Tischchen war Vogelkot und alles war staubig. Schade. Eine tolle Dachterrasse hätte unserem Aufenthalt wirklich etwas mehr Komfort gegeben.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Fédérico. Le logement est vraiment particulier et il faut avoir les cuisses solides mais c'est un logement typique de Bosa et c'est ce que nous avons apprécié ! Il est très bien situé, dans le centre historique. Nous aurions apprécié des brochures ou un livret d'accueil nous expliquant Bosa et ses environs. On a toujours trouvé pour se garer gratuitement même si certains soirs il fallait être patient.

Une maison de ville typique pour des vacances authentiques

Maison de ville charmante au cœur de Bosa, typique avec une jolie terrasse qui donne sur la ville et le château. Attention néanmoins la maison ne convient pas aux familles avec de très jeunes enfants ou aux personnes âgées compte tenu des escaliers intérieurs. Très bon contact avec Federico, il a été précis et disponible ! Très bon rapport qualité / prix !

La casa e’ pulita, tipica e in pieno centro, percui e’ stata una buona scelta per i nostra 4 giorni a Bosa. Il proprietario non era a Bosa in quel periodo ma e’ stato comunque presentissimo e in continua comunicazione con whatsapp. Consiglio la casa ad adulti, senza bambini, solo a causa delle scale -di cui gia’ sapevamo- perche’ sono ripide e tante!!! La terrazza in alto e’ fantastica. Se ci fosse un piccolo frigo lassu’ per tenerci bevande fresche, sarebbe ottimale. Magari avremmo apprezzato una bottiglia di acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo, ma a parte questo, la casa vale davvero la pena.

Fantastiskt bra boende mitt i gamla stan. Smidigt och lättillgängligt till alla mataffärer, restauranger och även till parkering och buss. Extra plus till värden som beskrivit huset bra. Allt rent, bra sängar, bra tvättmaskin och bra kök. Cykelavstånd till många stränder. Här sover man lugnt och tryggt om natten. Vi rekommenderar detta boende, hit kommer vi igen!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser wunderbaren, „fitnessfördernden“ Altstadtwohnung mit ihren 3 WC‘s, den 4 verschiedenen „Klimazonen“ (jedes Stockwerk hat sein eigenes Microklima). Auch die akrobatischen Flugshows der unermüdlichen Mauersegler zwischen den Häuser und über den Dächern von Bosa, unvergesslich.Toll.Herzlichen Dank.

Entschleunigt in Bosa - sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Bosa und haben uns in dem schönen Altstadthaus in der Via Carmine sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man ist in nur einer Minute mitten drin im Leben von Bosa, Restaurants, Geschäfte etc. sind gleich um die Ecke und wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, setzt man sich einfach auf die Dachterrasse und genießt von dort das Geschehen und die tolle Aussicht. Wie auch andere schon vor uns geschrieben hatten, es braucht etwas Zeit, um sich an das Leben auf fünf Ebenen und die steilen Treppen zu gewöhnen, aber nachdem uns das gelungen war, war für uns alles bestens. Das Haus ist hübsch, aber einfach eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt Stauraum in Schränken bzw. Regalen und Kommoden und, was wirklich wichtig ist, auf drei der vier Etagen jeweils eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken. Natürlich gibt es auch noch ein Badezimmer, in dem neben einer kleinen Dusche auch noch ein Bidet, ein großes Waschbecken sowie die gut funktionierende Waschmaschine zu finden sind. An heißen Tagen bleibt es in der Küche im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock angenehm kühl. Für die erste Etage hätten wir uns ein Sofa statt der zwei Korbstühle gewünscht. Dann wäre diese Etage ein perfekter Ort zum Lesen und Abhängen während der Mittagspause gewesen. In den oberen Räumen kann man nachts gut lüften, außerdem gab es Ventilatoren. Die Kommunikation mit Federico hat via WhatsApp super geklappt. Vielen Dank nochmal für das Organisieren der Zweitschlüssel!
