Complete with all the conveniences you can expect only from a private residence, new apartment with separate entrance equipped with everything from plates glasses cutlery pans in the bathroom there the shower towels washing machine on your toilet bidet in the room there is the double bed with sheets and blankets in the living room sofa with fireplace all there nothing is missing the external garden and a porch with benches and out of a large public parking lot

Einfache Souterrain-Wohnung mit großer Wohnküche

Die Souterrain-Wohnung ist günstig und ruhig gelegen. Der Zugang ist über einen Freisitz, den man zum Frühstücken/Essen oder Enstspannen benutzen kann. Bettwäsche wird gestellt, Handtücher leider nicht. Der Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile ist groß, das Schlafzimmer eher klein. Das Bad mit Dusche ist top und mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Im Kochbereich ist leider nur das allernotwendigste an Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Backofen und Mikrowelle sind neu und sauber, Spülmaschine und Dunstabzugshaube fehlen. Das Zubereiten von einfachen und Fertiggerichten ist möglich, richtig kochen eher nicht. Der Vermieter Alessandro ist äußerst freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit.
