It enjoys an exceptional location facing the Mediterranean and the islands of Port Cros and the Levant. The contemporary decoration in beige and blue colors of the sand and the sea will please you. The very well equipped kitchen, the bedrooms, the living room, all the rooms have direct access to terraces offering a magical view of the sea and the islands. The house is nestled in the greenery, and the garden is tidy. The swimming pool and its terrace in exotic wood invite you to laze around. You will love recharging your batteries in this magnificent place. What a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace watching the sailboats sail towards the islands or to dine facing the bay of Lavandou, all sparkling with the evening lights. We have just spent a week at this lovely property. The location on a private development is outstanding, and the views of both the sea and the mountains are breathtaking, especially at sun-rise and sun-set. We had a wonderful holiday, and will definitely be returning.

C’est la maison avec la plus belle vue que nous ayons pu louer jusqu’à présent. C’est magnifique ! Environnement reposant et ressourçant. La maison est fonctionnelle. Les 2 étages sont indépendants (Niveau supérieur : séjour, cuisine, deux chambres, deux petites salles de douche dont une avec WC / Niveau inférieur : coin canapé, petite cuisine, deux chambres, un dortoir 4 lits, une salle de bains avec WC, une petite salle d’eau, un WC séparé et une lingerie) ; ils sont reliés entre eux par l’escalier extérieur uniquement. La piscine (plutôt en longueur) est uniformément profonde (environ 1,50m), cela a plu à nos adolescents. La douche extérieure (chauffée) est un plus très appréciable. Il nous a manqué une grande TV dans le salon pour nos soirées en famille (il n’y a qu’une petite TV, type écran de PC, avec lecteur DVD) mais je conçois qu’on peut se passer d’une TV pour les vacances quand on a ce paysage face à nous :)La communication avec les propriétaires est fluide. La personne qui nous accueille a l’arrivée et au départ est très sympathique. Je recommande !

Cadre et maison exceptionnels

Un très bel emplacement permettant de profiter d'un séjour en toute tranquilité avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Les photos ne peuvent refléter fidèlement la beauté du lieu. Cette belle maison offre tout le confort nécessaire, le tout dans un décor de rêve. La disponibilité des propriétaires durant notre séjour et leurs conseils pour nous permettre de passer d'excellentes vacances sont à souligner. Je recommanderais vivement cette magnifique villa, le tout dans un domaine unique. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Magnifique maison dans un cadre féérique

Nous avons passé un séjour de 15 jours à deux familles avec enfants. La vue est époustouflante, le cap Bénat est un environnement d'exception. Tout invite au repos et à la quiétude. La maison est parfaitement équipée et la disposition nous a permis de vivre ensemble tout en préservant l'intimité de chaque famille. Le jardin est splendide avec de nombreux espaces indépendants permettant de profiter pleinement de l'environnement. La maison est climatisée , la literie excellente. Nous avons été très bien reçus et les échanges avec les propriétaires excellents. Ils ont très soucieux du confort de leurs locataires et très réactifs. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous louons au Gaou Bénat et nous pensons qu'il s'agit de la plus belle vue. Nous sommes absolument ravis et espérons pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau. Merci aux propriétaires.

Absolutely amazing mansion in a perfect location with a stunning view. Top vacation opportunity!!

This mansion is absolutely georgeous. Everything about it. We have just been there for the second time this year, and we would come back immediately. Hopefully next year. The location is just extraordinary right there on the very top of the hill, the house is very well equipped, the garden resembles a paradise and there are some absolutely beautiful beaches close by. It is very clean and neatly decorated. Also, there are plenty of sleeping opportunities, which is why this place can very well be shared with friends or even with 2-3 families. The administration that comes along with the booking works very well. Ghislaine is very attentive and responds to every request within just a bit of time. Trust me, once the morning sun wakes you up, you prepare your cup of coffee, watch out over the mediterrenean and maybe even take a morning swin in the pool, you will never want to leave that place again. Thank you Ghislaine, once again. We have had a wonderful week down there!!
