Lovely big house, great location, views. Ample hot water+ radiators. Floor cleanliness +1 bathroom poor. Electricity connections intermittent in 3 lights. Needs sorting. No window curtains/ blinds. Health and safety, for kids; stairs terrace, terrace chimney wood fire.
