Überwältigend war die große Terrasse mit freiem Blick auf das Wasser.Defizitär war, dass im kleinen Bad die Dusche wegen eines defekten Duschkopfes nicht zu benutzen war. Der Kühlschrank war wegen eines Einbaufehlers schwer zu benutzen. Die steile Treppe - unmittelbar zum Strand führend - war morsch und nur mit äußerster Vorsicht zu begehen.Positiv war die Ausstattung mit viel Spielzeug für Kinder und „subs“ zum „Wasserpaddeln“.
