Attentive Staff and Lovely Interiors

The hotel appears to be undergoing renovation, at least from the outside. But our room was lovely and perfect for our family of 4. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. The lobby was gorgeous too. The bathroom was a little small and a bit dated but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious but uncomfortable rooms.

Spacious rooms, clean, but bed was so uncomfortable that we can feel the spring. Difficult to have good sleep after all thise walks on the city center. Not for leisure trips.

This hotel has a good spa! The room was clean but needed a bit of renovation and minor repairs. The service was polite but has room for improvement, not full information was given. The restaurant isn't bad as for quality of the food and variety of the offer.

Conveniently located within a few minutes from the city center, with free parking was a nice place to spend a night and then continue our visit to San Marino. The staff was very helpful in arranging for us the small airplane flight over the old town. I have left my favorite dress in the room and they’ve sent it to our next hotel where I hope will wait for me.

This hotel is very new. The room is very big and spacious. There are plenty of space in the room. The bathroom consisted of two shower places, one as a bath tub and one as a enclosed shower. My room looks like two bedroom apartment. However there were a lot of switches and we couldn’t quite figure out which switch goes with which light. Breakfast was great, lots to eat. But it was hard finding the breakfast area. Also, San Marino is a confusing City for driving so we missed several turns to get to the hotel. The staff at check in was not very nice.

Ok stay

Was ok . Easy check in , car park available. Room and bathroom clean but water tap was corroded as I have never seen before . Should be changed Immediately. Breakfast was standard Italian , cosi-cosi .

1. The TV of the room didn't work - reception didn't care 2. The safe of the room didn't work - reception didn't care 3. This hotel is, at best, a 2 star hotel. The rooms are way worse than any cheap motel I have seen in the US 4. Chances are you will get a room with a view to a noisy road or a disgusting parking lot I booked this hotel due to the parking space, next time I will book a real 4 start hotel in the historic centre and I will pay the parking in one of the many available parking lots.
