BEWARE!!This is the worst we have EVER been treated!!We were Never able to find this property and we called and called and left messages and had our Taxi Driver call and spent 300.00 in the Taxi and we never did find this place!! We travel all over the world and we had just come from Venice where the host met us and took us to the home, same in Florence no problem, this property owner or company had NO concerns for us at All!! We ended up having to get a hotel!!! This is Unacceptable for Verbo and we are SO Very Disappointed!! We use Verbo All the time!! NO HELP!! NO GOOD!!
