Recently refurbished. Modern furnishings, good sized room. Couple of minutes from airport. Plenty of free car parking. 30 minutes from city centre. Well priced restaurant menu - can recommend the Grande Salade - it really is grande and delicious!

Having stayed in the hotel before my flight the following day, I can honestly say that is a well located hotel 500m from the terminal. Called the hotel when I landed for the free shuttle which took about half hour to arrive, pretty long wait considering its only 5 mins away. The gentleman at the reception was really lovely, already had me checked in with my room key already and waiting. Amazing! The rooms could do with a bit of a refurb as they look dated and tatty. My aircon wasn't working and I was to tired to go downstairs and ask for it to be fixed, so my problem at the end of the day. The bathroom was nice and had shampoo etc. All in all, I would stay here again

Nice clean business hotel, decent food but impersonal service. Cleaners scooped up my favourite Amazon River t-shirt bought in Peru last year. I asked for it and got no response, finally, as I left I asked for details and was promised they would contact me and despite emailing the hotel several times I have had no response. Now a fine bamboo $50 t-shirt from a place I will never visit again might not be important to them , it is important to me and I am very cross that I received neither an apology nor compensation. Be advised, use this hotel for parking or staying one night but do not expect any customer care.

I had a 0630hrs flight so , to my mind , this hotel is ideally situated for these early morning flights being only minutes from the airport terminals . It's a v pleasant hotel for a short stay - one night or so. Staff are always extremely helpful and polite which you need when you're checking out at 0445hrs! Food is good and reasonably priced , both dinnera and breakfast - that is when I have the luxury of having a civilised one! Accommodation is moderately priced, no sudden seasonal hikes. Having stayed at this hotel prior to many business flights I have yet to have any problems certainly any which were not immediately rectified.

Hotel is average, relatively spacious rooms and bathroom with just the standard amenities. Two bottle of water are presented only the first day in the room, one is for free the other you have to pay, refill.... still waiting. One evening, I went to reception to book a taxi for the next morning. Yes sir, it will be there tomorrow, no problem... Next day, it appeared no taxi was booked so I had to wait for another car coming from the airport (20 min at least) There's a call button at the bar in case nobody's present, it's frequently used. But when present bar staff is very friendly, that's why I gave 3/5. Dear Hotel Management, you can thank your bar staff!

The hotel as a whole is really good set aside the second floor rooms 200--232 AFRICA, this is the one where the rooms are designed "unpleasant". The plate of charcuterie at the bar is ok. Be aware if you take a flight before 7 because the shuttle only runs from 5:30 and taxi costs 15€ 20 if you pay by card and there is no cash withdrawal option at the hotel

Typical airport hotel poor service tired rooms. I paid 170 Euro for a so called superior room unfortunately you get basic. Twice my wife at the bar got ignored over French customers so I complained. The pool is filthy dirty we where looking forward to a dip tomorrow when it reaches 29 degrees by will give it a miss . Reception on arrival was very good but staff mainly have an attitude and make out they do not speak English . Well I would recommend as a business/ international hotel surely hiring should be based on speaking a global language ????

Three of us stayed at The Mercure when we had to terminate a cycle trip through France when one of our Team suffered a very serious heart attack. The staff were wonderful... sympathetic, helpful, and this was a very good hotel to have comfort and somewhere to wait for news. A good bar, good restaurant, comfortable and clean rooms but above all for us.... very helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel rooms are okay and the restaurant is nicer. If you book a room be sure to ask for 4th floor. It's is most remodeled floor and it looks like the pictures. I have stayed on another floor and I was disappointed.

This was a 4 day trip to visit customers near the airport. The hotel is situated 3 minutes by car from the terminal. It is a clean and tidy hotel as you would expect for a Mercure. The bar is small and seating very limited at lunch and evening times. Service in the bar is slow, waiting sometimes for 10 minutes for someone to appear. The Resturant menu did not change all week. There is really no light bites unless you want a club sandwich and even then you must have it in the Resturant or your room (there is no bar food apart from nibbles) The room was clean and tidy with a minibar. It is a 50 minute bus ride down into Bordeaux and the bus stops 2 minutes walk from the hotel. I will use the hotel again but only as there is nothing better close to the airport.
