The Cocoonr Agency offers you this very pleasant flat for rent, ideally located in Mérignac, 15 minutes from Bordeaux city centre and 15 minutes from the ring road. Located on the first floor (with lift) of a quiet, recently-built residence, decorated with taste and attention to detail, L'Arboresens is perfect for discovering our city, whether for business or pleasure. At the foot of Parc Bourran and just a few minutes from the shops, this accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 3 travellers.

Arboresens has the following layout:
- A beautiful living room with a comfortable lounge area, a comfortable sofa and coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a convivial dining table for your meals.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
- A lovely, quiet double bedroom (140x190)
- A lovely terrace with table and chairs
- Attractive bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit
