Concierge and staff were incredible. Room is is quite small but bigger bathroom. It is a nice boutique hotel. No lift so if traveling heavy keep that in mind. We’d stay again if passing through

There is no elevator for this property. This was not an issue for us, and the gentleman who checked us in carried our bags up the stairs without being asked. The location is excellent for visiting the old part of the city.

Decent hotel

Hotel is in a great location, the only downfall was the strange layout of the bathroom, which required us to step up into a bathroom. I think it might have to do with some plumbing reconfiguration, but we had to be extremely mindful to not slip or fall down the stairs as the toilet was right on the edge. Location was great with lots of good hotels.

No lift and no air conditioning, fan was broken. It was listed as a 4 star but more like a 2. Shower was not a shower but a hand held with no place to hang it that did not drown the bathroom. Room and bathroom were extremely tiny.

The property location was excellent, however the room smelled terrible. There could be a sewage issue in the building. We returned to our room after a morning walk to find Staff in our room prior to checkout removing bed linens & beginning cleanup for next guests. We had to request they leave so we could pack our belongings.

Spent one night here, superb location in city centre, several cafes on doorstep and only a short walk to the heart of the main eating and drinking action. Also v easy to get to all the sights, right beside tram. Room simple but clean and really v friendly owner who was very welcoming.would recommend.

I like the location. It is close to the historic town, restaurants and shops. I did not like that there is no elevator to go up to the room and there is no AC. You will have a small fan. The room was very clean and the lady at the lobby was nice.

The location is very good. Bordeaux is an expensive destination for hotels. This hotel though cheaper is over priced. The room was extremely small, no drawer space, tiny ineffective hanging space. A dated but acceptable shower room. There has been no effort to make even a cheap upgrade of facilities in the room

This hotel couldn’t be in a better location. The hotel and room were very clean. The shower was just wayyy too small. Could barely fit in the shower. But great water pressure and hot water.

The hotel location is perfect, the room is quiet, small but cosy, the breakfast quality is good and there’s even green tea without mint, quite rare in France in cafes, restaurants or hotel.
