The house features a spacious entrance, a comfortable living room with English billiards, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. The ground floor is entirely step-free and suitable for people with reduced mobility. The bedroom on this level offers easy access and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has fixed air conditioning, while a mobile air conditioner is available in the ground floor bedroom.
