RENOVATED, CONTEMPORARY OLD HOUSE
This fully renovated, very bright, single-storey house sits on a 1000 m² garden.
You enter into a hallway, leading to the living room, dining area, and an open kitchen connected to the lounge.
There are two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, and another with a 140 cm double bed. The house offers a shower room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two separate toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and pantry items are at your disposal. A large terrace features a table, chairs, and armchairs for your comfort.
Please note that towels are not provided; you need to bring your own.
Discover Arsac, a lively town with local shops. You are just 10 minutes by car from shopping centers, a cinema, bowling, the Pian Médoc and Margaux golf courses, a running track around the Paloumey lake, and several riding clubs.
You have easy access to Bordeaux thanks to a direct train line from Ludon. The new stadium is 10 minutes away, and Bordeaux’s main attractions (Cité du Vin, Marina, Chartrons district, shopping center, riverfront) are less than 20 minutes by car. Mérignac airport and Bordeaux train station are both about 35 minutes away.
The house is located on the Médoc Castle Route and only 50 minutes from the beaches of Cap Ferret and Médoc Océan.
