With 1 queen bed in mezzanine (Warning : sloping ceiling, impossible to stand on) and 1 sofa bed (1 person), This cozy retreat, in a middle of a garden, offers heating, wifi, outdoor kitchenette and AC. The bathroom features a big shower and a wc. Feel at home in this independant space and enjoy the possibility to park your car for free. Located in a residential area, close to the tramway direct to Bordeaux (25mn) and city of wine (45mn). University campus and Pessac Leognan vineyards (château Haut Brion) are also very close. Direct bus to Bordeaux railway station (St Jean). Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots (good restaurants, Arcachon and dune du Pyla).

Les hôtes ont été très sympathique et force de proposition pour la mission qui nous menait 0 Bordeaux. Petit appartement cosy avec accès directe à la piscine et petite cuisine équipée accessible. La salle de bain spacieuse avec une grande douche. WIFI disponible, Télé, etc...Très bon séjour et nous les en remercions vivement, nous sauront où aller pour notre prochain déplacement sur Bordeaux

Pour passer l'AGREG

Nos hôtes sont vraiment charmants et plein de petites attentions... Le studio est propre et bien aménagé et la douche vraiment spacieuse. Le tramway est accessible à 1 km pour visiter Bordeaux. Le coin cuisine se situe à l'extérieur. La télé n'est pas vraiment connectée mais il y a quand même du réseau pour le téléphone, la tablette et l'ordinateur. La piscine est chauffée ce qui permet de décompresser pendant les révisions et après les examens. Nous avons donc passé un très bon séjour.
