We couldn't fault the hotel for the price ... a bit like a travelodge so I wouldn't say a 3* property. The room was clean and comfortable with a tv, kettle and free toiletries. Bed was decent too. For a night before travel it met our needs and the staff were really polite and efficient.

Me and my boyfriend had a nightmare with our car hire company wheb visiting France so ended up at bordeux airport at 6am in the morning when out flight wasn't until after 10pm, we had all of our luggage with us but wanted to visit bordeux without our suitcases and we were also very tired from little sleep so came up with the idea of booking a nearby hotel to keep our luggage safe and get some sleep. I booked this hotel the night before and I told the lady at reception that we would really appreciate if we could check in sooner so we could catch a nap before going to bordeux for the day before our flight. She and the manager managed to find a clean room for us after about 30 mins waiting (7am). We were so grateful as it meant we could have some sleep. It was very reasonable priced too and the bus stop down the road goes to bordeux city centre and to the airport. Pleasant experience for us

If you need to stay close to the airport then this location is ideal however it is just a basic hotel with some downsides. It was very hot when we stayed and there is no air con so we had to make do with a big fan rattling away all night. We turned up in the evening to find that the restaurant was shut and we had to go wandering around to find somewhere to eat. The room itself was functional with just enough room to spend the night. The service however was cheerful and helpful.

Had to go down three times to the lobby to get a key that works, then the room smelt of mold and the floor was filthy. Never again. At least the staff were nice. But too far from the airport to walk and the shuttle bus was full...

Very small room with hardly enough space to put your luggage in and given you are at an airport you are very likely to have luggage. The bathroom was pokey and I am quite a small person. Air conditioning non existent except for a rubbish fan attached to the wall that did not hardly work. The place was just soulless. Don't eat in the hotel restaurant (for want of a better description !) but go to a place down the road called "Au Bureau". It was very nice and lets you get away from the depressing hotel.

We got a room and it was so stinking that we had to ask for a change. Cleaning lady seems to use a super strong toilet cleaner that infested the room. WiFi is terrible. Room very small and tiny toilet. We left in the morning without even taking breakfast. I do not recommend.

I debated on giving a 3 or 4 rating. I initially wanted to give 3 because the WiFi truly was horrible and if someone is needing to connect to the internet for important matters that can be a huge issue. The reason I ultimately decided on 4 is because my experience was quite pleasant. I checked in during the late evening for a 6 am flight. I requested the shuttle for 5 am and the driver was early so I manged to leave at 4:50. The location is extremely close to the airport and if it hadn't been raining or dark outside I could have easily managed walking to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and large. It's true there is no ac, but the fan seemed adequate enough. The shower was a good size though the bathroom was small. However, I doubt many are staying here for anything beyond convenience to the airport so the size of the room is not bad. I slept very well which was all I needed. So for me, aside from the wifi, the experience was fine. Shampoo, shower gel, and soaps are provided. The staff was very friendly.

Internet at 1990s speed! Connection falls every couple of minutes. After an hour Im not yet able to check in my flight. It actually would have been faster to walk to the airport and do at the counter. The rest of the hotel is average.

Understaffed even though they were very pleasant, no lift, key kept demagnetizing so we had to queue a couple of times to get it remagnetized. We could not eat in the restaurant as there would have been an hour's wait due to understaffing. We had to take a taxi to find another restaurant because car park was full and we were not sure to find a parking space on our return. The only plus point was it was close to the airport and relatively quiet and the garden was nicely tended. Internet connection not brilliant.

Arrived at about 18.30, checked in and asked for dinner, wake up call and shuttle to airport next morning. Dinner was very slow as only one chef and only one waiter. Even had to remind waiter that she had not brought our wine. Next morning, wake up call never came but seats had been reserved on the airport shuttle. Room had no fridge, no air conditioning, only a fan. No wardrobe just an open hanging rail. Later discovered there was no toilet paper and had to go to reception who searched around to find some for us. Breakfast was also disappointing. Although this included some hot items of omelette, bacon and sausage, they were in a heated container which was not even switched on so consequently food was cold and unappetizing. Probably the worst Best Western we have stayed
