Set 12 metres above sea level on a low cliff at the corner of the bay, this luxurious and romantic Boracay resort is perfect for couples and families looking for a small, exclusive environment with personal service. We offer top quality accommodation in peaceful surroundings, with magnificent views over the beach and sea. Palm Breeze Villa has a beach front location on Bulabog Beach, close to the centre of Boracay Island, offering convenient access to all of Boracay’s beaches and activities.

Bulabog Beach is famous for its excellent conditions for windsurfing and kiteboarding (kitesurfing). Boracay Island is only about half a kilometer across at this point, so it is an easy walk from Bulabog Beach on the eastern coast to White Beach which is on the western coast. Other beaches, as well as the main shopping and restaurant areas are also easily accessible.
