The staff was amazing, very helpful and courteous, the rooms are slightly dated but very comfortable and clean! Easy access to car rental and beach is right across the street. Overall this is a wonderful hotel for the money on Bora Bora. Not much shopping close though, but rent a car and explore the beautiful island!
They really made us feel welcome. The place feels very local and is also very beautiful. The oceanview room had a very nice view, but it was the overwater bungalows that were the highlight. The beach view bungalow felt so quaint and remote. The lagoon view (Deluxe Overwater Bungalow) was equally beautiful. We may have preferred the regular bungalow. Anyway, the place was amazing and we want to go back. We may have liked it more than Le Moana although the food wasn’t quite as good.
Place is great
We came from the Conrad so this property isnt as luxurious. But the staff are friendly & helpful. The overwater bungalows are probably the best value in bora bora. The restaurant is good. The only thing is I think they could do a little better on cleaning the rooms. When we checked in there were small details that could have been cleaner.
Location was great but staff wasn’t very friendly, beds were super uncomfortable, breakfast was horrible. Very disappointed with this hotel
We were given extra help with a problem with some of our own travel equipment.
Had to call maintenance to fix safe and spray for bugs
The staff was lovely. I didn't like not having a bigger variety of food to choose from.
Excellent location, great atmosphere and a perfect gateway to learning what the true Bora Bora is - don't expect pearls and diamonds... that's not the real Bora Bora and if that is your desire go stay at Four Seasons or the other resorts outside of the main motu... the real Bora believe it or not is still quite raw and that's what makes it amazing!
Walking distance to public beach and small market. Room was infested with sand fleas and i got a can of chemicals to spray the room. Nothing to do in resort. All activity is outside excursions. Rain = booring days. Only one English channel on TV; CNN. No tv in bar. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast buffet is very limited.
