Good Place to Stay
We like the amenities the resort offers; closeness to the beach and el Poblado. The resort also has a a good size pool and a small kids pool area. And a good restaurant in property. The reason I gave a 3 stars score is because the resort needs to be updated. The rooms key system is not working and the front desk person has to escort you to your room every time you need to access your room. Thank goodness they have an excellent/ friendly staff. But, it was a hassle, specially when there were a few of us waiting to be escorted. The TVs in the room and the beds need to be changed.
Front desk staff was exceptional key card system has been down for over two weeks. Made Service sign was put on door daily. Had to ask for it on the third day. Furniture is worn and outdated. Couch was wet and stained.
Easy access to beach and walkable restaurants nearby
While we were there the key cards were not working for the rooms. The staff were so helpful and patient during this time, they always had a smile on their faces. The pool restaurant and bar has some good food and drinks that won't break the bank. You can't beat the location. You can walk to the beach and to many restaurants, bars and shops. This was my 2nd time to this hotel and I will go back.

Excellent service and great location.
I did not like that the TV and WIFI did not work. Also I arrived at 2:30pm and the facilities were empty and the service desk want it to charge me at extra $75. I like the location, cleanness, the view and the beach was 5 minutes walk. Accessible to shops and restaurants.
TV only has local channels and TV is do old that the image was very dark and without volume.
Wifi was down in the room but the staff made up for it and more. Awesome staff, unbeatable location and all-around great!
My favorite place to stay in Cabo Rojo.
Great place for family with kids. Easy access to Boquerón beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. Definitely recommend this place.
